We appended other non-represented features to the panelist's compiled list that were found in: education and engineering literature, IMS Global Learning Consortium feature standardization specifications, and web course hosting software reviewed (e.g. WebCT, Click2Learn's Ingenium, and Courseinfo).

Round One closed on January 24, 2001. The compiled list of recommended tools is available for your viewing (this link will open in a new browser window). Round Two, based on the compiled list, began on March 16th, 2001 for registered panelists only.
