Destination Australia Scholarship (International) - Round 2

In 2024, 老司机视频 will offer a number of Destination Australia Scholarships (International), to support international students commencing full-time on-campus studies in an eligible program at 老司机视频 Toowoomba.

The is a scholarship funded by the Australian Government Department of Education. The program provides financial assistance in the form of scholarships for 老司机视频 domestic and international students, with the aim to promote tertiary education in regional Australia.

Each scholarship will have a maximum value of:

$45 000 (3-year award), or
$60 000 (4-year award).

The scholarship will be paid $15 000 per year in two instalments each full academic year.

Applicants must:

be an international on-campus student
maintain a valid student visa for the duration of the scholarship
have an offer to study full-time, on-campus in Toowoomba, in an eligible program* with a 3-year or 4-year duration
commence their study at 老司机视频 in Trimester 2 or Research 4 2024:
- as a student that is new to tertiary study
- as a student that is transferring from another institution
- at a program level higher than what was previously studied at 老司机视频 (e.g., moving up to an undergraduate, postgraduate and/or research program)
maintain full-time, on-campus (Toowoomba) enrolment for the duration of the scholarship
maintain a sound level of academic achievement for the duration of the scholarship
reside and maintain ongoing residency in Toowoomba or surrounding regional areas for the duration of the scholarship
- approved 'surrounding regional areas' must be classified as 'regional' under the Australian Statistical Geographic Standard Remoteness Areas (2016) – map.

*The eligible program must be aligned with the Australian Government's .

address each personal statement question below (200 words per question):
- what influenced and motivated you to choose your intended study program at 老司机视频
- how you see yourself as a future professional within your field
- why are you interested in studying in a regional area in Australia
provide proof of residence as directed in the application process.
